Incorporating the conversion data into a formula
BE021 = 200, BE011 = 30
Conversion data: Base distance 10 mm, Base pixels: 85 pixels
When using conversion data
When not using conversion
data
Note on incorporation of coefficients of conversion data into the calculation
When a coefficient of conversion data is incorporated into a formula, actual calculation is as follows:
CA01 = A * CV11
= A * Base distance / Base pixels
In the calculation above, if "A * Base distance" exceeds the values that can be used for the formula,
31
31
(- (2
) to (2
- 1)), an ERROR signal is output. This is because overflow error occurs and the formula is not
performed properly.
Up to 9999999 (7 digits) base pixels can be set as conversion data, but in this case, if "A" in the calculation
above is substituted with 215 or more, the calculation result exceed "- (2
Therefore, if the data multiplied by a coefficient (calculation results of the formula prior to incorporation of
conversion data) may exceed 215, adjust the number of base distance of conversion data to avoid an overflow
error when the conversion data are incorporated into the formula above.
Adding a Comment to the Conversion Data
You can add a comment to each conversion data. It would be helpful to enter a comment on the coefficient of the
conversion data for future reference.
1.
Highlight the number of the conversion data
to which you want to add a comment.
2.
Move the cursor to a cell in the Comment
column.
3.
Enter a comment using the soft keyboard
displayed on the screen monitor.
Up to 16 characters can be included in the
comment.
4.
Highlight the "Enter" key on the soft
keyboard.
Now you finished entering a comment.
