System snapshot

The system snapshot is used for diagnostic purposes. It is a file that can be sent to your Cisco
support representative at their request to assist them in troubleshooting issues you may be
experiencing.

To create a system snapshot file:
Maintenance > System snapshot.
You will be taken to the System snapshot page.
Create system snapshot
Clicking this button starts the download of the system snapshot file. You will then be asked
whether and where you would like to save the file.
Select a location from which you can easily send the file to your Cisco support representative.
