3. Maintenance Requirements
(1) Preliminary checks

a copy
in the manual
exposure
mode at each
exposure setting. And in the auto exposure mode.

Check
the copy quality, general
machine
operation,
and for the presence of any irregular noise.
(2) Component removal before beginning
maintenance.

Remove the corona units.
(2) Remove the toner collecting container.
(8) Remove the developing unit and toner hopper.

Remove the discharge lamp, blank lamp, and filter.
(8) Remove the exterior panels.
(©) Remove the drum holder unit.
