the
discharge
corona
wire,
and
replace
the
discharge corona unit back in the machine. Do not set
the main and transfer corona units and the developing
unit back in the machine.
8) Close frames.
@ Connect the DCD
test leads to the digital multimeter
(or ammeter) and the DCD test sheet.

IMPORTANT:
Make sure that the black test lead is connected to a
good chassis ground.
When
the digital multimeter
is used, connect the
SF-7200
test leads as follows:
Blue clip to the negative jack of the meter.
Red clip to the positive jack of the meter.
And set the meter range as follows:
Knob-1 to DCmA range.
Knob-2 to 0.2.
When the ammeter is used, connect the test leads as
follows:
Blue clip to the negative jack of the ammeter.
Red clip to the positive jack of the ammeter.
IMPORTANT:
Make sure that the black test lead is connected to a
good chassis ground.
There
may
be
slight
fluctuations
in the
meter
reading during this measurement.
The average value
is used as the measured value.
() Measure the drum current at the front and rear frame
sides.
The output current for the discharge corona should be:
4.0+1.0uA.
