4. Adjustments
(1) PSS position adjustment
Push the plunger all the way in the arrow direction. Adjust
the position of the PSS so that the top end of the PS plate
comes to 1 to 1.5mm below the top of the paper guide A.
CD) Loosen two screws that secure the PSS.
Q While pushing the plunger in, move the PSS so that the
top end of the PS plate comes to 1 to 1.5mm from the
top of the paper guide A, then fasten the PSS with the
screw
(@). Moving the PSS in the arrow direction A
makes
the
PS plate
lower.

it in the arrow
direction B, makes the PS plate rise.

Push in the plunger.
(2) PF roller A position adjustment
Change the installation location of the PF clutch spring to
the clutch boss so that the PS roller A is held horizontal
(level). As it has five positions, the clutch spring has been
factory set to the position ©.

Remove the C-ring that secures the PF clutch.
@) Engage the PF latch to the protrusion of the PF sleeve.
@) If the PF roller A is not installed horizontal
(level),
change the position of the clutch spring to the clutch
boss.
