(4) DV sensor level adjustment
@) Manually actuate the doorswitch (DSW) and turn on
the power.

@ Execute test command 25 to stir the developer for a
period of one minute.

oe) Manually actuate the doorswitch
(DSW) and press the
PSW key. The test command
25 now starts to execute
to stir the developer for one minute.

After stirring the developer for one minute, press the
PSW
key to perform
test command
25 once
more.
Turn
the DV
sensor
level adjusting screw clockwise
until the toner empty lamp (TEL) activates. .
G) Slowly turn the DV sensor level adjusting screw clock-
wise and stop when the TEL goes out.

Remove the drum sensitivity switch (DSSW) cover.

@ Set the DSSW position to the first digit of the drum
number noted before.
Example:

If the drum number is 2B1984, set the DSSW to "2".
@) Set

4. Copy Tests
(1) Void area and image loss
Make copies in every magnification ratio to ensure that void
area and image loss are within the given limits.
