Create Menu Shortcuts

If you have a full touch printer, you can create shortcuts for frequently
used menus or items.
1 From the Main Menu, select Tools > Quick Choices > Add.
2 To load a profile:
a Select Load Profile and press Enter.
b Select Load Profile again and press Enter. A check mark
appears in the box.
c Select the arrow at the bottom of the screen and press Enter.
3 To select applications:
a Select Programs and press Enter.
b To add the Programs menu, select Programs and press Enter. A
check mark appears in the box.
Or, select individual applications and press Enter after each
selection. A check mark appears in each box.
c Select the arrow at the bottom of the screen and press Enter.
4 To select test labels:
a Select Test Labels and press Enter.
b To add the Test Labels menu, select Test Labels and press
Enter. A check mark appears in the box.
Or, select individual test labels and press Enter after each
selection. A check mark appears in each box.
c Select the arrow at the bottom of the screen and press Enter.
5 To select wizards:
a Select Wizards and press Enter.
b To add the Wizards menu, select Wizards and press Enter. A
check mark appears in the box.
Or, select individual wizards and press Enter after each selection.
A check mark appears in each box.
c Select the arrow at the bottom of the screen and press Enter.
