System I/O Settings

PM23c, PM43, and PM43c Mid-Range Printer User Manual
This section describes system I/O settings for the printer. To view these
settings:
• From the printer Main Menu, select Settings > System Settings >
Manage I/O.
• From the printer web page, click the Configure tab, System Settings
> Manage I/O.
System I/O Settings
Setting Description
Ethernet Determines if the printer is allowed to
communicate using Ethernet
communications.
Wireless 802.11 Determines if the printer is allowed to
communicate using its 802.11 radio.
Supported only if the optional Wi-
Fi+Bluetooth module is installed.
Bluetooth Determines if the printer is allowed to
communicate using its Bluetooth radio.
Supported only if the optional Wi-
Fi+Bluetooth module is installed.
RFID Determines if the printer is allowed to
communicate using its RFID radio.
Supported only if the RFID module is
installed.
Virtual COM Determines if you can enable the USB port
to be used as a virtual serial port. When you
change this setting, you must restart the
printer to enable the new setting.
