Symptom
The NetCol8000-C
generates
abnormal sound.
An indoor fan
fails to start.
The northbound
communication is
abnormal.
The ambient
temperature and
humidity sensor
cannot detect the
humidity and
temperature.
Condensate water
exists on the
surfaces of the
front or rear
panel.

describes how to troubleshoot the NetCol8000-C.
Possible Cause
Fans, pipes, or support
are loose. Shock
absorption bars
between the unit and
the support are lost.
Neither the main circuit
breaker nor the indoor
fan circuit breaker is
switched on.
An indoor fan is
damaged.
The northbound
communications cable is
incorrectly connected.
Parameter settings on
the controller are
incorrect.
The ambient
temperature and
humidity sensor is
faulty.
The communications
cable to the
temperature and
humidity module is
incorrectly connected.
The operating
environment of the
NetCol8000-C is
extremely humid.
The temperature
threshold is set to a
much smaller value.

Reference Solution
Fix the component and add
shock absorption bars.
Check that the general switch
and fan switch are ON.
Replace the indoor fan.
Check that the northbound
communications cable is
connected to the northbound
communications port on the
main control module.
Check that the ambient
temperature and humidity
sensor is enabled on the
controller.
Enable the ambient temperature
and humidity sensor. If the
temperature and humidity still
cannot be detected, replace the
sensor.
Check that the northbound
communications cable is not
connected to the RS485/12 V
port, which is for connecting to
the temperature and humidity
sensor, on the front panel of the
main control module.
Enhance the airtightness of the
equipment room.
Adjust the temperature and
humidity thresholds.
