5 Diagnosing and Rectifying Faults
Meaning
The NVMe drive is
faulty.
The NVMe drive is
being located by
the OS or hot-
swapped.
The hot removal
process is
complete, and the
NVMe drive is
removable.
Meaning
The M.2 FRU is
running properly.
The M.2 FRU is
being located or
the RAID is being
reconstructed.
The M.2 FRU
cannot be
detected or is
faulty.
The M.2 FRU is
not in position or
is faulty.
The M.2 FRU is in
the read/write or
synchronization
state.
Diagnosis
Reseat the NVMe
drive. If the
problem persists,
replace the NVMe
drive.

Remove the
NVMe drive.
NOTE
If the fault
indicator is
blinking yellow at
0.5 Hz after the
NVMe drive is
inserted, reseat the
NVMe drive.
