Diagnosis Method
Check whether a breakdown
occurs on the server under
specific circumstances after
software upgrades have
been performed for
customer service software,
database, middleware,
kernel, BIOS, management
modules, iMana 200 or
iBMC, or storage devices.
Check whether the Kdump
information of the
breakdown screenshot
periodically displays
update_cpu_power,
divide_error, or timer_xx.
NOTE
The G2500 server does not
currently support this method.
Check whether the Kdump
information of the
breakdown screenshot non-
periodically displays
gethostbyname.
