● Troubleshooting method :
1. Is the FCON card removed after installation?
Yes : Select "Fax device uninstall" on UI menu.
2. Did you replace the HDD / Video board / FCON car
Yes : Update the firmware for the new board.
3. Does the problem occur after updating the firmware
Yes :
A. Print the configuration report and check the fir
B. If all software versions are not normal, update
C. If the problem persists, replace the defective d
4. Check the connection between FCON card and Vid
Remove the FCON card and re-install it.
