1. Hard Disk is not installed in the machine.
2. Hard Disk cable is not connected correctly.
3. Hard Disk is defective.
● Troubleshooting method :
1. Back up the data in the hard disk drive.
2. Replace the hard disk drive with new one.
3. Copy the backup file to the new hard disk drive.
