Data may be rejected by the receiving SMTP mail server when the file
size exceeds the maximum mail size limits set for the server/gateway.
Also, if the recipient's available memory and hard disk space are
limited, your data may not be received successfully.
If your e-mail is returned due to excessive file size, check the
recipient's maximum limits and adjust the fragmentation setting for
the template you are using. When you set fragmentation to 64, 256,
or 512 KB file size, the software breaks down the file and sends
several e-mail messages.
Configuring Mail Message and Error Handling
1 Log in as an administrator.
