6. Guide Roller Height Adjustment
Height adjustment of GR3 adjustment
(1) Remove the FTP panel F. (Refer to Section 2-7-4.)
(2) Install the reference base assembly to the FTP panel F fixing support on the base plate using the two
screws.

(3) While pressing the 35GR height gauge gently against the reference base assembly, move it in the
arrow direction, and check that the top surface of the 35GR height gauge touches the upper flange
film support of the guide roller. If it is not touching, loosen the setscrew on top of the guide roller.
Adjust the height by turning the bearing retainer so that the upper flange film support of the guide
roller touches the top surface of the 35GR height gauge, and tighten the setscrew on the guide roller.
After tightening the setscrew, recheck the height.
