(4) Put the 35GR height gauge on the reference
base assembly, and check the height of the
core lower surface of the reel table while
pressing the height gauge gently against the
reference base assembly.

Be very careful not to make damage to the
guide roller with the gauge.
Specifications:
Clearance between the lower surface of the
core and 35GR height gauge is 0 (zero) to 0.5
mm.
If not to meet the specification, perform step
(5) and later. (At this time, measure the
clearance which it has exceeded out of the
specification as viewed.)
(5) Install the washer (5mm dia.) of the same
thickness measured in the step (4) to the
position shown in the first figure of this step.
(As for this work, it can also perform not
removing the reel table from the unit com-
pletely.)

Install the FTP panel removed in step 4.
