The PT assemblies are located both T side and S side.
This section describes the replacement procedures for S side. The replacement
procedures for the T side are the same.
Preliminary preparation
Remove the PT roller. (Refer to Section 3-2-4.)
Tools
. Torque wrench (For 60 kgf.cm)
. Torque driver bit (For M5)
Removal
1. Removing the FTP panel
. S side: FTP panel B
. T side: FTP panel C
(Refer to Section 2-7-4.)
2. Removing the side panel
. S side: Left side panel
. T side: Right side panel
(Refer to Section 2-7-4.)
3. Disconnecting the connectors
Disconnect the following connectors.
S side:
. CN4/CN-1747 board
(Rear of S tension regulator assembly)
. CN1 to CN8/CN-1745 board
(Rear of PT assembly)
. CN1/SE-446 board (Front of PT assembly)
