<Ctrl+E> Lines can be copied from one file to another file only in activated editing
mode. (Copy right / Copy left).
All context menu functions, such as Cut, Paste, Paste before selection
and Delete lines, require activation of editing mode. This is done by
clicking the button with the same name.
The button has a yellow background when editing mode is activated.
<Paste> Pastes a new line above the selected line.
<Del> Deletes the selected line.
<Alt+Right> Copies the selected line from the left-hand file to the right-hand file.
<Alt+Left> Copies the selected line from the right-hand file to the left-hand file.
<Ctrl+N> Displays the differences in direction, forward or backward.
<Ctrl+B>
<Ctrl+Shift+L> Displays the parameters available only in the left-hand file of the file
comparison.
<Ctrl+Shift+D> Displays the lines that are unequal. The display can be activated or
deactivated:
<Ctrl+Shift+E> Displays the lines that are equal. The display can be activated or deac‐
tivated:
<Ctrl+Shift+R> Displays those lines available only in the right-hand comparison object.
The display can be activated or deactivated:
Groups larger blocks of identical lines in the display and hides most of
them to ease finding the differences in the context.
Standard Like the search, the standard toolbar can be shown or hidden.
Search The displays are activated as default.
