Creation of the language resource files

4.7.5.1

Preparation

The procedure is described in the following, before you create the "*.ts" language resource
files for the dialogs and steps.
Enter all required information texts in the dialogs and steps:
● Enter plain text without using a file directly in the editor of the property cell.

● If you prefer working with files instead of plain text for your information texts, use the
ResFile() function in the properties cell (properties editor) in the form:
=ResFile("<File name>")
Use text files for this with the "*.txt" file extension or Web documents with the "*.htm" or
"*.html" extension.
You store these files in the "List of language resources" dialog below a language folder as
a copy or link.

You can insert a new folder with an arbi‐
trary name or a new standard language
(Page 346) via the button.
You can insert a new resource file in the
language folder or create a new resource
file in an external folder which is automat‐
ically linked to the language resources.
You can create empty language resource
files or a "Dialog.ts" or "Step.ts" which
takes over the already configured texts
from the project.
You can only create the "User.ts" as an
empty shell.
