Transmission of a CMC package to a third party

If a CMC package in which Shield is integrated with Open Source Software or Commercial off-
the-shelf is transmitted to a third-party, the CMC package must contain explicit information on
the legal conditions.
To avoid violating the licensing agreement, include the "Notes for conformation" dialog page
in the file located on the DVD. This file is located in the root directory of the DVD.

With the preconfiguring of the access data, the associated rights are passed to the new owner
or user of the associated files, e.g. projects, packages, configuration files, manipulation tasks.
The user must ensure with organizational means that only authorized persons have access
to these files.
