"Pasting preview" dialog
To show what the result of pasting or importing values will be before values are actually pasted
or imported, Diff displays the "Pasting preview" dialog.

The following information is shown in the dialog:
● This dialog lists all identifiers to be pasted, with their old and new values.
If, as a result of the new value, the value changes compared to the old value, the new value
is shown in blue.
● If no identifiers (i.e. no old values) could be found for the values to be pasted, or if there
are format problems, this is also shown in the dialog.
After pasting or importing values, changed values are identified in Diff in blue and the path of
the comparison object (archive) is identified in the list of opened comparison objects using an
asterisk "*". The "Save" button is still active for the comparison object.

3.3.6.1

Overview

In the SINUMERIK archive comparison, using data tasks, data can be converted, imported
and exported.
A configuration and an Excel template belong to a data task.
Supplementary conditions for data tasks
● Data tasks are only available in the "Selective" comparison mode.
● Data tasks can only be applied to data end nodes.
