Linked DO lists
Only preconfigured components are available for linked DO lists.
Use of a DO list on an existing topology
If in an existing topology, a "*.uvdx" or "*.uvd" DO list is imported, all DO assignments in the
topology are initially deleted.
For new assignments of the DOs via the component properties, the preconfigured components
are offered for use in the DO list.
