Call Forward - Busy/No Answer forwards calls directed to one station, to
another station, Voice Mail system, or to the Attendant Position for Busy or
Ring No Answer. This permits more efficient call processing by allowing calls
to be routed to another station or to the Attendant Position.
Terminal Type:
All Multiline Terminals
Required Components:
None
To set Call Forward - Busy/No Answer at a forwarding station:
1.
Press Call Forward - Busy/No Answer ON/OFF key.
2.
Dial the station number or press
To cancel Call Forward - Busy/No Answer:
1.
Press Call Forward - Busy/No Answer On/Off key.
2.
Wait for confirmation tone, and restore handset or press
To set Call Forward - Busy/No Answer at an SLT phone:
1.
Lift the handset.
2.
Dial Access Code
3.
Dial the station number forwarding is to be set for.
4.
Go on-hook.
