Installing and Replacing Other Components
In the figure, four DIMMs are installed; this might differ from the number
of DIMMs you currently have installed.
Note
The following step is necessary only if you need to remove DIMMs. If you
do not need to remove DIMMs; skip this step and go to
6. Press the two retaining clips outward and carefully pull each DIMM
upward as shown in the following figure.
You might need to pull opposite ends of each DIMM alternately to
gradually free them from the contact pins.
