Using the Boot Manager
setalias
Use the
form:
setalias name device
where name is the alias name, and device the device for which name is the
alias.
For example:
BOOTMGR[2]> setalias disk wd0
sets the alias disk to a value of wd0.
You can have a maximum of eight aliases set at one time.
unsetalias
Use the
following form:
unsetalias name
where name is the name of the alias to be cleared.
For example:
BOOTMGR[2]> unsetalias disk
deletes the disk alias from the list of aliases.
