Use an Ethernet cable to connect the PC to the AP.
Configure the PC.
Logging in to FAT AP: Configure the PC to automatically obtain an IP

address.
Logging in to cloud AP: Configure the IP address of the PC to be on the same

network segment as the default IP address of the AP, for example,
169.254.1.x/24 (169.254.1.100 recommended, 169.254.1.1 excluded).
