4. If you are replacing the old fan with a new fan, remove the four plastic rivets
that attach the old fan to the mounting bracket, and remove the fan from the bracket (see
Figure 38).
To remove a rivet, use a flathead screwdriver to pry loose the rivet head while squeezing and
pushing the locking end of the rivet with your fingers.
