Call summary

The
Call summary
page
particular call) provides overview information about a particular call, including information about the most
relevant legs.
If the
Microsoft OCS/Lync B2BUA service
calls. This page shows the leg of the call routed by the VCS through the "To Microsoft OCS/Lync server
via B2BUA" zone, and also contains a link that allows you to view the details of the Corresponding
B2BUA call.
Further detailed information about the call can be viewed via the links in the Related tasks section at the
bottom of the page:
View media statistics for this call

about the most relevant session for a call. For traversal calls (i.e. where the VCS took the media), it will
also list the individual media channels (audio, video, data, etc) that made up the call.

B2BUA calls

B2BUA calls

particular B2BUA call) provides overview information about a call routed through the
B2BUA
service.
Note that the B2BUA operates between both endpoints of a SIP call and divides the communication channel
into two independent call legs. This page shows the details for the B2BUA to OCS/Lync leg of the call. You
can click the Corresponding VCS call link to see details of the leg passing through the VCS.
