Call summary

The Call summary page

Call details
The Call details page lists full information about a particular call, including any failed sessions.
Call media details
The Call media page shows information about the most relevant session for a call. For traversal calls (where
the VCS took the media), it also lists the individual media channels (audio, video, data and so on) that made
up the call.

B2BUA calls

The B2BUA calls page (Status > Calls > Calls
particular B2BUA call) provides overview information about a call routed through the
B2BUA service.
Note that the B2BUA operates between both endpoints of a SIP call and divides the communication channel
into two independent call legs. This page shows the details for the B2BUA to OCS/Lync leg of the call. You
can click the Corresponding VCS call link to see details of the leg passing through the VCS.
