The SIR-1000W can be operated easily by using a TTL level control signal via the
EXT.CONT connector.
Command functions (input)
The following commands can be input to the recorder.
• Tape transport mode setting
• ID increment
Monitoring functions (output)
The following recorder states can be output.
• Loading
• Tape transport mode
• Alarm message
• BOD, EOD, EOT
Connector : Square, D-sub 25-pin
Input
: TTL level, pulse width of 100 ms or more, input by shorting pins 1 or 15 (GND)
Output
: TTL level output, sink current maximum 20 mA
