P140 PRINT STATION # IN RCVD DATA SETTING
Use program P140 to choose where to print the date, your name, and your fax number on faxes you send. If you choose
"OUT", the date and sender information is printed outside the original image at the top of the page, making the fax slightly
longer. If you choose "IN DATA", the date and sender information is printed over the top of the original, obscuring part of the
original. Initially, this program is set to "OUT".
When you enter P140, the following message is displayed.
P140:PRINT STATION #

Press one of the following keys.
"1" key: OUT
"2" key: IN DATA
P141 PAGE COUNTER PRINT SETTING
Use program P141 to print page numbers on the recipient's copy of faxes you send. Initially, this program is set to "ON".
When you enter P141, the following message is displayed.
P141:PAGE COUNTER

Press the START key.
PAGE COUNTER PRINT

2
Press one of the following keys.
"1" key: ON
"2" key: OFF
P142 INDEX PRINT
Use program 142 to print an index mark on the top of received faxes. Initially index marks are not printed.
When you enter P142, the following message is displayed.
