P134 TRAY SELECT IN RCV. PRINT SETTING
Use program P134 to specify automatic paper selection or a specific tray that holds the paper for printing received faxes.
Initially, this program is set to automatic paper selection.
When you enter P134, the following message is displayed.
P134:TRAY SELECT
1
Press the START key.
TRAY SELECT
1=ON, 2=OFF
How to Select a Specific Tray
Press the "1" key.

TRAY 1
1=YES, 2=NO

Press one of the following keys.
"1" key: YES
"2" key: NO
The trays are numbered from the top, starting with 1. If there are optional trays installed, they are display in the
same manner. Set all installed trays.
If you select "NO" for all trays, the setting for all trays reverts to "YES".

Press the "2" key.
The received fax is printed on the most appropriate size paper that is available in all of the trays.
P137 TRANSACTION REPORT PRINT SELECT SETTING
Use program P137 to control when to print a transaction report. The fax machine stores only one transaction report at a time.
If you send or receive a fax, the previous transaction report is erased. Initially, this program is set to print a transaction report
after a transmission error, any broadcast operation or confidential fax reception, but not after a normal fax reception.
When you enter P137, the following message is displayed.
P137:PRINT SELECTION

Press the START key.

Press one of the following keys.
Select the printing condition for fax transmission.
"1" key: ALWAYS PRINT
"2" key: ERROR ONLY
"3" key: NEVER PRINT
