P139 AUTO LISTING SETTING
Use program P139 to have listing of fax activity automatically printed at a certain
time. You can set this program to print the list twice a day.
When you enter P139, the following message is displayed.
P139:AUTO LISTING

How to Print the Activity List
The upper part of the message display indicates the time set for printing the activity list (From the
factory, this is set to 00:00).
Note
Press the "1" key.

Enter the first printing time.
1st PRINT TIME 00:00
ENTER TIME
Enter the hour you want to print the activity listing in 24-hour time (00 to 23) using the

numeric keys.
The following message is displayed.

Enter the minutes (00 to 59) using the numeric keys.

Press the START key.
The following message is displayed.
2nd PRINT TIME
1=ON, 2=OFF

To enter a second printing time, press the "1" key. If you do not want to enter a second
printing time, press the "2" key.
The following message is displayed to enter a second time.
2nd PRINT TIME 00:00
ENTER TIME
If you don't want to enter a second time, press the "2" key and continue with step 5. The first printing time is set and
you are finished with program P139.

Repeat steps 2 to 4.
The following message is displayed for 3 seconds. If you did not elect to set a second time in step 4, the lower right
part of the message display shows "---:--" instead of a second time.
