positive quadrant: (MD 5464–MD 5480)/(MD 5465–MD 5481)
S
negative quadrant: (MD 5467–MD 5483)/(MD 5468–MD 5484)
Enter a valid combination in the above drive MD.
Cancel alarm in all channels by pressing RESET key. Restart the part program.
