When InOperation turns TRUE, Output is calculated based on the current value.

Calculates so that Output at the time when InOperation turns TRUE always becomes the start point when one cycle
of the operation profile data starts.
When there is a limit on the Inputs value, such as the cam data length per cycle, of the operation profile data, and the
start point and the end point of the operation profile data are different when Periodic=TRUE "Periodic", the command
is output in one operation cycle in order to return to the first Output at the next one cycle start.
