LastPosition, FirstPosition relation
LastPosition = FirstPosition
■ProbeData (Probe data)
Specify the data to latch by the TARGET_REF structure. The data types of [VAR], [AXIS], [DEV], [ADDR], and [OBJ] (mapped
in the cyclic data) can be used.
When specifying [AXIS], the axis data of Axis input is referred. The Target modification of [AXIS] (@Position, etc.) needs to be
specified.
When specifying [VAR], [DEV], or [ADDR], Axis is ignored.
■CompensationTime (Compensation time)
Delay time of a touch probe processing is compensated.Set this item to compensate a proper delay of the touch prove
process separately form the compensation time for the trigger input signal.
Total compensation time is TriggerInput.Signal.CompensationTime + CompensationTime.
■RecordMode (Latch mode)
Latch method of data is specified by RecordMode.
[RecordMode = "0: OneShot"]
• Latch data is stored only one shot.
[RecordMode = "1: RecordCount"]
• Latch data is stored for the setting value of RecordCount.
• Latch data is stored in the area shifted for the latch data size per latch, to the storage location set in OutputBuffer in front.
• To stop touch probe function before completing latch for RecordCount, execute MC_AbortTrigger.
[RecordMode = "2: RingBuffer"]
• Latch data is stored to the ring buffer for the setting value of RecordCount.The latch operation is always carried out.
• Latch data is stored to the ring buffer for RecordCount after shifted for latch data size per latch, to the storage location set
in OutputBuffer in front.
• To stop touch probe function before completing latch for RecordCount, execute MC_AbortTrigger.
Following value is stored for RecordedCounter and RecordedPosition by RecordMode.
RecordMode
RecordedCounter
0: OneShot
1 by latch operation.
1: RecordCount
+ 1 by latch operation.
2: RingBuffer
+ 1 by latch operation.
Returned 0 when more than RecordCount.
■RecordCount (Number of latch times)
Following value is specified for RecordCount by RecordMode.
RecordMode
RecordedCount
0: OneShot
Ignores.
1: RecordCount
Specifies number of latch times of data. When omitting, an error will occur.
2: RingBuffer
Specifies number of ring buffer times of data. When omitting, an error will occur.
Touch probe processing
The range of the probe data is not checked. The all range is disabled, and the touch probe processing is not
executed.
RecordedPosition
Stores latch data only one shot.
Stores latest latch data by latch operation.
Stores latest latch data by latch operation.
