■Error status for each CPU and axis (4 words)
Set the start number of the device to monitor the error information of each axis in CPU No. 2 to 4 for each Motion CPU.
This setting can be omitted.
• Word device setting
Set an even number at the start of the device.
The error information of each axis is stored in the set devices as follows.
