B.6 Custom Point File
The custom point file is a data file format with two structure elements (location and point); similar to the Custom Linear file but with
alphanumeric descriptors for points.

Point 1
Each location must be given a name by the user. Each location will have the same number of points as set by the user when file is created.
Each point must be given an alphanumeric name.
