Set the Peripherals Schedule

When you pair a peripheral, the Genesis Touch enables a measurement from the
peripheral to be selected any time the Vitals Now button is pressed. Readings from
the paired peripheral may also be assigned a unique schedule, independently of
the overall schedule of when the monitor turns on to collect readings.
These settings may be remotely managed in LifeStream by a clinician. Before pro-
ceeding, always retrieve a monitor configuration from the Status menu and check
with the patient's assigned LifeStream clinician.
As needed, you may customize this schedule on the monitor (weekly schedule only)
so that a vital sign measurement from a paired device is not scheduled, not sched-
uled every day, or is only scheduled on the first reading of the day. To do this:
