Downloading the Video Education Content Library

All customers upgrading from an older version of Genesis Touch to v3.7, must
download the latest video education library from the Advanced Settings.
Customers purchasing a new Genesis Touch v3.7 monitor, with a serial number
beginning with A5 or higher, have a video education library installed on the moni-
tor, and these steps are only required if there is a video education library update.
Two additional requirements for video education are noted below:
Assuming you meet all requirements, and are connected to a Wi-Fi connection:
1. From the Advanced Settings menu, select Content Library.
2. Genesis Touch will check for the latest content, and will begin to download all
3. When the update has completed, a message will indicate the Content Library
4. Press the Return button on the monitor to go back to the Advanced Menu.
Note: If Video Education library is downloaded on a compatible monitor, and All Video
Education is enabled, patients may browse the Video Education library. However,
without LifeStream Web, Video Education may not be assigned or monitored.
Genesis Touch - User Manual
LifeStream Web features are required in order to assign video education
modules, and monitor when video education has been viewed and understood.
To download video education, a stable Wi-Fi connection is required. More
information on configuring Wi-Fi is included in this section of the guide.

Wi-Fi connection. If you are not, press skip to the section before proceeding.
