Verifying Communication Settings

The PIN number is in the Transmit Menu, Pin Number sub-menu and requires a
password to view. Your organization has been assigned a unique 7-digit PIN num-
ber that identifies your mailbox within LifeStream. Each deployed Genesis Touch
monitor transmits its patient data to this mailbox and LifeStream checks this
address to retrieve the data.
Note: PIN numbers are provided during in-service training. If you do not have your PIN
number, contact Customer Service. If you change your PIN number for any reason,
the configuration on the Genesis Touch monitor will be reset.
To verify your PIN number, from the Advanced Settings screen, select Communica-
tions. A screen appears showing your information.
