4. Select the forward icon. A screen similar to the following appears:
5. If your care provider has asked you to retake your vital signs, select Yes and your vitals signs will be
sent to the care provider when you have finished.
If you are just taking your vital signs for your own information, select No and your vital signs will not
be sent to your care provider.
6. Take your vital signs as you would if they were scheduled. Refer to Taking Vital Signs for more
information.
Determining One‐Touch Video Set Up
If your care provider wants to have a video conference with you, she may ask you to determine whether
your monitor is set up for one-touch video. To determine this:
