If you have a monitor with a serial number beginning with A0, you are not eligible
for software upgrades, and many new features discussed in this section. Refer to
your original user manual: P4820EN.02 Genesis Touch User Manual. This manual
is provided online under the title of Past Manuals, at the manuals website above.

Turning the Monitor Off

The ability to power off the monitor is restricted so that end users cannot acciden-
tally turn it off. You have to be within a password protected area, such as the Gen-
eral or Advanced areas under Settings to be able to power the monitor off.
To turn off the monitor:
1. Access the General or Advanced Settings menu, using the password 4237.
2. Press and hold the Power button on the top of the monitor. A window similar to
one of the following screens appears:
3. Select Power off. The monitor turns off.
