Deferring an Android™ Upgrade
You may see notifications of Android™ upgrade eli-
gibility when accessing password-protected
menus on the monitor. While these notices will not
appear often, it may indicate your monitor is eligi-
ble for a new system upgrade.
Check with Customer Service for confirmation of
Android compatibility with your currently installed
version of Genesis Touch. You may continue with
your work by selecting No, Thanks or Download Later, in order to continue with
your work. Press the Return button to dismiss a popup if you are unable to defer
the notice.
Upgrade eligibility for Genesis Touch or Android™ operating system software
upgrades are communicated via email. If you are new to your telehealth program,
or have not received an email from Life Care Solutions, please contact customer
service to be added to our database.

Communicating With LifeStream

From the General Settings screen, select the LifeStream button to:
Verify communication is available between the monitor and
LifeStream; Retrieve a remote configuration from LifeStream;
Upload a configuration to LifeStream; or to send test vital sign data
to LifeStream.
