Turning the Monitor Off
The ability to power off the monitor is restricted so that end users cannot accidentally turn it off. You have
to be within a password protected area, such as the General or Advanced areas under Settings to be able to
power the monitor off.
To turn off the monitor:
1. Press and hold the power button on the top side of the monitor. A window similar to the following
appears:
2. Select Power off. The monitor turns off.
Note:
Refer to the manufacturer's instructions for information on the other options on this menu.
3. Press and hold the power button to restart the monitor.
PIN Number
The PIN number is in the Transmit Menu, Pin Number sub-menu and requires a password to view. The PIN
number identifies your organization's mailbox on the network. You must make sure that this number is
correct. Check the number against the one you received during your in-service. Refer to Confirming the
PIN Number in the Configuration document.
To make the PIN number visible the Clinician password must be entered.
