The default value is 10 seconds.
Use the no form of this command to disable generation of OAM loopback cells and OAM management.
The following example shows how to enable OAM loopback cell generation for an ATM PVC:
Router(config)# interface atm 5/0/0
Router(config-if)# pvc 0/105
Router(config-if-atm-vc)# oam-pvc 300

Useful show Commands

You can use the following show commands to view ATM interfaces and subinterfaces, and to
troubleshoot ATM problems.
show atm vc
Use the show atm vc command to display information about the VCs on the interface.

specific PVC.

range from 0 to 600 seconds.
