-- The safety motion monitoring functions are only activated in
MD36901 $MA_SAFE_FUNCTION_ENABLE, however, not in the
corresponding parameter of the associated drive (p9501).
-- The axis --> drive assignment via MD36906
$MA_SAFE_CTRLOUT_MODULE_NR, 10393
$MN_SAFE_DRIVE_LOGIC_ADDRESS or p0978 is incorrect
-- PROFIBUS connector fallen out.

Check that parameter p9501 or the assignment of the drives via
MD36906 $MA_SAFE_CTRLOUT_MODULE_NR, MD10393
$MN_SAFE_DRIVE_LOGIC_ADDRESS, p0978 is correct.
The alarm is no longer displayed when the alarm cause has been
removed. No other operator actions are required.

$MN_PROFISAFE_IPO_TIME_RATIO and MD10071 $MN_IPO_CY-
CLE_TIME exceeds the permissible limit value of 25 ms.
