R. Justified : Marks value in right-justified, and blanks (space) left column.
L. Justified : Marks value in left-justified, and blanks (space) right column.
Justified : Marks only value in left-justified.

Represents the counter offset.
This character is used if the offset is not set.
Represents the counter numbering system with the (numbers -1) value.
/Z portion is omitted for the decimal number.
