*1 : The function should be used as the guide. They are not the completely corrected values.
*2 : Only for LP-V / LP-W series. This function is not included in LP-400 series.
*3 : There are following precautions to use the focus adjustment function:
• Optimal marking conditions may vary depending on marking object materials and desired marking quality.
• Marking position may be deviated relative to the guide laser radiation position.
Outline
Measures the period of marking. Marking laser is not irradiated during this operation.
Laser power, scan speed and laser pulse cycle (only LP-V series) can be specified
for each setting file. Corrections can be made on a marking condition basis such as
characters, logos, bar codes, etc.
The I/O state of terminal and I/O connector can be monitored.
Turn ON/OFF the output signals of laser marker on simulation. Check for proper
connection to external device.
For up to 64 errors, details of each error, and date and time of occurrence can be
displayed.
Adjustment items available to operators can be specified.
Measure the current value of laser power in comparison with the default value.
(The value is displayed with [%].)
The focal length can be adjusted manually with the adjustment control in the head.
