Purpose: Allows you to select the stations used to send urgent (short) text messages. Up to
100 such stations can be set in the system.
Text messages are set in
ACTION
1. Open programming and select 611
Display shows (for example)
2. Dial station number (e.g., 205)
OR
Press VOLUME keys to select station and press
RIGHT soft key to move cursor
3. Press VOLUME keys to select USED or NOT
USED
(An error message is displayed if the maximum
number of allowed stations is exceeded)
4. Press Transfer/TRSF to store and exit
OR
Press SPEAKER to store and advance to next
