# of neighbors—Number of neighbors discovered.
Neighbor Capability of 1st Device—Displays the primary enabled device
functions of the neighbor, for example: Bridge or Router.
Click LLDP Local Information Detail to see the details of the LLDP and LLDP MED
TLVs sent to the neighbor.
Click LLDP Neighbor Information Detail to see the details of the LLDP and LLDP
MED TLVs received from the neighbor.

Viewing LLDP Local Information

To view the LLDP local port status advertised on a port:
Click Administration > Discovery LLDP > LLDP Local Information.
Select the desired port from the Port drop-down menu.
The following information is displayed:
Global
Chassis ID Subtype

Chassis ID

—Identifier of chassis. Where the chassis ID subtype is a MAC
address, the MAC address of the switch is displayed.
System Name

System Description

Supported System Capabilities
as Bridge, WLAN AP, or Router.
Enabled System Capabilities

Port ID Subtype

Port ID
—Identifier of port.

Port Description

Management Address—Displays the table of addresses of the local LLDP
agent. Other remote managers can use this address to obtain information
related to the local device. The address consists of the following elements:
—Type of chassis ID. (For example the MAC address.)
—Name of switch.
—Description of the switch (in alpha-numeric format).
—Primary functions of the device, such
—Primary enabled function(s) of the device.
—Type of the port identifier that is shown.
—Information about the port, including manufacturer,
